Yes! Test Ninox for 30 days free of charge and without obligation. For Starter and Professional click on the corresponding button. Also, you don’t have to provide payment details to test Ninox.

To test Enterprise, please contact our Sales team who will supply you with the respective access data (Private Cloud or On-Premises).

For Starter and Professional, the following self-service payment options are available:

• credit card,
• PayPal, and
• direct debit.

For Enterprise, our Sales team will issue a Net 30 invoice.

The trial period lasts 30 days and is free of charge.

Each (invited) collaborator of a Public Cloud team needs a license, regardless of the role that collaborator has in your team.

The collaborator of a team is covered by a subscription if

• the collaborator has a license through the team owner's subscription (then that person is a member) or if
• the collaborator has their own subscription (then that person is a contributor).

For team owners, this means you do not need to purchase a license for contributors.

Note: The team owner is the contractual partner of Ninox as well as a member.

Click your profile icon in Ninox, then click the Upgrade plan button, or visit the Subscriptions page directly.

Use the Upgrade button to specify the number of additional members you need. You’ll be redirected to our payment provider. Afterward, you can invite additional members to Ninox.

The price is calculated as follows: By adding licenses to your current subscription, you book a new 1-year subscription for all licenses you need from now on. This way, all licenses end at the same time.

The remaining time from the previous subscription, which has already been paid for, is going to be offset against the new subscription.

Click your profile icon in Ninox, then click the Upgrade plan button, or visit the Subscriptions page directly.

Select the Professional tab and specify the number of additional members, if needed.

Leave the input field for additional licenses empty if you don’t need more licenses. You will be redirected to our payment provider. After this you will have access to all features and options of Professional.

Different collaborators can work together in a team.

There are 2 types of collaborators for this purpose:

• members and
• contributors.

Licenses for members are paid by the team owner, while contributors pay for their own subscription.

This distinction helps you manage your subscription and the licenses you need.
